Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Provide online technical support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and mobile applications
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues
  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a timely manner
  • Guide users on software/app usage for remote monitoring
  • Coordinate with technical teams for unresolved issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
