Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with experience in the cybersecurity domain to provide technical and customer support to clients. The candidate will assist customers with security-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining awareness of cybersecurity best practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support related to cybersecurity products and services
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
• Assist customers with account security, access issues, and basic security configurations
• Escalate critical security-related incidents to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
• Educate customers on cybersecurity best practices and safe usage guidelines
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical concerns
• Mandatory RequirementsMust have prior experience in the cybersecurity domain
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as:
• Network Security
• Endpoint Security
• Phishing & Malware Awareness
• MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
• VPN and Access Control
• Basic Incident Handling
• Experience using ticketing or CRM tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Experience in technical support, SOC support, or cybersecurity customer service preferred
• Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication

• ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support with cybersecurity exposure
