Job SummaryYash Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, facilitating internal and external communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support Manage the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules of senior management.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritize communications appropriately.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Draft professional emails, letters, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate office administration activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and expense documentation.
  • Coordination & CommunicationAct as a liaison between management, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with departments such as HR, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics for timely completion of management tasks.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Support management in organizing business events, client meetings, and company functions.
  • Documentation & ReportingPrepare MIS reports, presentations, business summaries, and management reports.
  • Maintain records of important business agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Track pending tasks and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Assist in preparing reports required for audits, meetings, and compliance purposes.
  • Confidentiality & ComplianceMaintain strict confidentiality of company information, business strategies, financial data, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is preferred.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
