HR Responsibilities

·        Plan and manage manpower requirements for the factory.

·        Schedule interviews and assist in candidate selection.

·        Handle the joining process and employee documentation.

·        Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.

·        Prepare attendance data for salary and payroll processing.

·        Resolve day-to-day issues of workers and staff.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain workplace discipline.

Operations Responsibilities

·        Monitor daily production activities.

·        Coordinate between the production, packing, and dispatch teams.

·        Track the movement of raw materials and finished goods.

·        Maintain and update inventory and stock records.

·        Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

·        Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

·        Submit daily production and manpower reports to the management.

Required Skills

·        Good understanding of HR functions and factory operations.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally, or inventory management software.

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·        Good time management and reporting skills.
