Timings: 09:30 Am to 06:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant employees.
• Handle attendance, time office, leave, and overtime management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate contract labour, labour compliance, and employee records.
• Maintain HR documentation, HRMS, and recruitment MIS.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• QualificationMBA/MSW (HR) or equivalent.
• Experience4–7 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing industry.
