About the Role

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support business growth by generating new leads, communicating with potential customers, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, telecalling experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and professional email handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telecalling activities to generate new business opportunities.

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Prepare and send professional emails, quotations, and follow-up communications.

Maintain customer data, sales records, and reports in MS Excel.

Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support and order processing.

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Provide regular sales activity reports to management.

Required Skills:
