Interior Designer

Job Opening – Architect / Interior DesignerWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or a 2-year Diploma/Graduation in Interior Designing.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design projects.
• Independently handle architectural and interior design assignments.
• Work on residential, commercial, landscape, and industrial projects.
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on the project information and requirements provided by the company.
• Convert design concepts into practical, accurate, and execution-ready drawings.
• Revise and update drawings as per project requirements and maintain proper project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
• Mandatory Skill: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Added Advantage: Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or other relevant architectural/design software.
• Strong architectural and interior detailing skills with excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.
