Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, primarily focusing on sales calls to potential candidates. Your main responsibility will be to effectively communicate our services and value proposition to individuals seeking job opportunities in the IT sector within their domain.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Sales Calling: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective candidates, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our services and how we can assist them in securing job placements within the IT sector.

·        Service Explanation: Clearly articulate the range of services we offer, emphasizing the benefits and advantages of partnering with us in their job search journey.

·        Consultative Approach: Listen actively to candidates' needs and concerns, offering tailored solutions and guidance to address their specific requirements.

·        Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates, establishing rapport and trust to facilitate a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

·        Convincing Skills: Employ persuasive techniques to convince candidates of the value proposition we offer, highlighting our track record of successful placements and industry expertise.

·        Domain Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of various domains within the IT sector to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.

·        Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.

Qualifications and Skills:
