Job Description
- Coordinate with API manufacturers for quotations, availability, lead time, and regulatory documents.
- Prepare and maintain quotation sheets and update status regularly.
- Follow up with suppliers for rates, samples, COA, dispatch, and documentation.
- Coordinate internally with Sales Team for urgent requirements and customer feedback.
- Handle PO verification, payment terms, and dispatch coordination.
- Maintain operational data and reports in Google Sheets accurately.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
