Company Profile

We are a manufacturer of HDPE Pipe Extrusion Machines, PVC Garden Pipe Making Machines, and Plastic Extrusion Machinery. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Engineer to manage production activities, machine manufacturing processes, and team coordination.

• Key Responsibilities
• Planning and monitoring daily production activities
• Handling production of extrusion machinery and related equipment
• Coordination with assembly, fabrication, electrical, and purchase departments
• Ensuring production targets are achieved on time
• Maintaining production quality and process standards
• Preparing production schedules and work planning
• Monitoring manpower utilization and shop floor activities
• Checking machine assembly progress and troubleshooting production issues
• Material follow-up and coordination with vendors if required
• Maintaining production reports and documentation
• Implementing process improvement and productivity enhancement
• Supporting machine trials, testing, and dispatch activities
• Required Skills
• Knowledge of plastic extrusion machinery manufacturing
• Understanding of mechanical assembly and production processes
• Leadership and manpower handling capability
• Production planning and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic AutoCAD/drawing understanding preferred
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Qualification
• Diploma Mechanical Engineering
• Production or Industrial Engineering knowledge preferred
• Experience-
• 3 to 6 years preferred in extrusion machinery or machine manufacturing industry
• Experience in plastic machinery industry will be an added advantage
