Production, Planning & Operations Executive

• Read and interpret engineering drawings for fabrication and machining components
• Plan and manage production as per customer orders and delivery timelines
• Handle raw material purchase coordination — from small consumables to major items
• Manage end-to-end product tracking for customised products — raw material to dispatch
• Coordinate with sub-process vendors (heat treatment, plating, welding, etc.) — arrange material dispatch to vendor and receipt back
• Arrange transport for vendor and customer deliveries
• Oversee shop floor operations and ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Coordinate directly with customers for order requirements and updates

This is an all-rounder operations role in a custom fabrication and machining company. The person will be responsible for the entire production cycle — from raw material procurement to final dispatch — including sub-process vendor management and transport coordination. Ideal for someone who understands manufacturing ground-up and can take independent ownership. You will work directly with the business owner.
