Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Inspection Executive responsible for checking biometric attendance and access control devices before dispatch. The candidate must ensure every device is fully tested as per quality parameters and packed properly for safe delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complete functional testing of devices: Face recognition,Fingerprint recognition,RFID/Card reading,Access control (lock, exit button, door sensor),
LAN/WiFi communication,USB backup & data transfer
Firmware version verification
Software connectivity testing
Check hardware components (screen, keypad, ports, camera, sensor quality).
Verify power supply and battery backup performance.
Test device integration with attendance and access control software.
Maintain QC checklist for every device.
Record serial number, firmware version, and testing status.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation before dispatch.
Perform safe and secure packing as per company standards.
Identify and report defective units to technical team.
Coordinate with dispatch team for timely shipment.
