Dispatch Executive

ob OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage order dispatch, coordination, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining high efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch operations for orders
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and delivery teams
• Ensure accurate order packing and labeling
• Plan and schedule dispatch timelines
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and documentation
• Handle courier and logistics coordination
• Resolve delivery issues and delays proactively
• Ensure proper inventory movement and stock updates
• Required SkillsStrong coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes
• Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software preferred)
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Diploma (Any Field)
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
• Freshers with good coordination skills can also apply

Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (As per experience)

• Working DetailsTiming: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
