Job Description

Key Responsibilities for a Recruiter:

  • Sourcing & Attracting: Using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to find potential candidates.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Process Management: Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements

Required Skills:


  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of recruiting, talent acquisition, and labor laws.
