Job Description
- Handle international students (clients) and manage their respective university portals.
- Monitor, manage, and ensure timely completion and submission of client tasks.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and provide the best possible service within defined authority.
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to track upcoming tasks and submissions.
- Follow up with the administrative department and verify work accuracy.
- Upsell Company services during routine client communication to generate additional revenue.
- Generate client referrals to support company sales growth.
- Manage client interactions across different time zones to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Use multiple communication modes such as video calls, audio calls, and conference calls with writers and admin teams as per client requirements.
- Cooperate closely with the administrative department for smooth operations and outcomes.
