Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and confident Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales, client handling, and business growth.
This role involves speaking with prospective clients, generating leads, supporting existing customers, and helping grow the business through relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and connecting with potential customers
- Generating new business leads and client acquisition
- Explaining company services to prospects
- Following up with interested clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Handling customer queries and providing support
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinating with internal team for smooth service delivery
- Updating client records and follow-up status
- Achieving monthly sales and business targets
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati preferred)
- Confidence in calling and speaking with customers
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / Email)
- Team player with professional behavior
