Job Description
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent customer service.
Take orders accurately and confidently in English and assist guests with menu recommendations.
Supervise service staff and ensure smooth daily operations on the restaurant floor.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and table setup.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Ensure proper knowledge of all South Indian dishes, ingredients, and preparation styles.
Train new staff on service standards and menu knowledge when required.
Manage table reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
