EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

■ SSC (10th) — Minimum 70%

■ HSC (12th) — Minimum 70%

■ Bachelor's Degree — Minimum 70%

■ Master's Degree (M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent) — Minimum 60%

 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE — TAXATION & COMPLIANCE

■ TDS

■ Income Tax

■ GST

■ Import & Export

■ Audit & Compliance

CORE ACCOUNTING SKILLS

■ Payroll Processing — salary computation, PF, ESI, PT

■ Bank Reconciliation — daily/monthly BRS

■ Vendor Management — AP/AR, vendor ledger, payment cycles

■ MIS Reporting — monthly financial reports, dashboards

■ MS Office — Excel (advanced), Word

INDUSTRY & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

■ Minimum 3 years of experience in Gems & Jewellery Industry

■ Familiarity with gold/diamond pricing, costing & trade operations

■ Language: Gujarati (fluent)

■ Language: Hindi (fluent)

■ Language: English (working proficiency)
