Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and WDMS. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic Indian accounting principles and be capable of managing day-to-day financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and WDMS
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with basic Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Tally and WDMS software
• Basic knowledge of Indian accounting principles and practices
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
