Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, handle material issuance, and ensure proper stock management. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain inward and outward stock records
• Handle material receiving and dispatch activities
• Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages
• Maintain proper storage and cleanliness in the store area
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and production teams
• Conduct physical stock verification and audits
• Update inventory data in Excel/ERP software
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials
• Follow company safety and store management procedures
• Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• MS Excel and computer knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage
• Qualification
• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Diploma or relevant experience preferred
• Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse management
