Job Title: Team Lead - Channel Partner
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Position Overview:-We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Lead – Channel Partner to lead our onboarding team. The role involves managing the onboarding process, mentoring team members, ensuring smooth partner activation, and driving partner engagement and performance. This is a full-time position based at our Ahmedabad office.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, guide, and motivate the channel partner onboarding team to ensure efficient onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Monitor partner onboarding progress, track documentation, agreements, and compliance processes.
Support team members in connecting with prospects, guiding them through onboarding, and converting them into active partners.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure engagement and long-term collaboration.
Prepare onboarding reports, track metrics, and provide updates to management.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve partner experience.
Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or onboarding, with proven team leadership skills. Strong communication, mentoring, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems. Ability to manage a team, work in a target-driven environment, and ensure timely partner onboarding. Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
