Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu selection
  • Take accurate orders and serve food & beverages as per SOP
  • Prepare basic beverages/food items as trained (coffee, shakes, snacks, etc.)
  • Ensure tables, counters, and service areas are clean and well-organized
  • Follow FIFO, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions accurately
  • Coordinate with kitchen/barista for timely order delivery
  • Upsell combos, add-ons, and promotions to guests
  • Refill condiments, maintain display counters, and check stock levels
  • Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
