Telecalling Executive

This job is for a Telecalling Executive role at our BPO company, where you will be making calls on behalf of Bajaj Finserv for EMI collection follow-ups. Your work will involve calling existing Bajaj Finserv customers who have pending or upcoming EMI payments, reminding them about their dues, and helping them understand their payment options in a polite and professional manner. You will be given a calling list every day, and you need to speak clearly in Gujarati and Hindi. All calls will be made from our office using our systems — you do not need to go anywhere outside. Incentives are target-based, which means the more effectively you work, the more incentive you earn on top of your fixed salary. Full training will be provided before you start taking live calls, so even freshers can apply confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make customer calls through our calling software — no manual dialing needed. The system automatically connects you to the next customer, so you can stay focused purely on the conversation
• Work on our CRM (Computer System) to view customer details, update call status, and track payment information accurately after every call
• Handle 3 types of collection cycles, each requiring a different communication approach: 🔵 Advance EMI Collection – proactively reaching out to customers before their due date to ensure timely payment
• 🟡 Regular EMI Collection – following up with customers whose EMI is currently due, guiding them to pay on time
• 🔴 Penalty Collection – handling overdue cases professionally and smartly to recover pending amounts without conflict
• Adapt your tone and approach based on which cycle you are working on — this is not a monotonous job, it requires smartness, presence of mind, and good people skills
• Understand the full process deeply — employees who learn the system well can work smoothly, handle calls confidently, and earn significantly higher incentives
• Achieve daily call targets and maintain quality of conversations to qualify for daily, weekly, and monthly incentives
• Keep all customer interactions polite, professional, and within Bajaj Finserv's guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education: 10th Pass (SSC)
• Basic computer knowledge – ability to type, use MS Excel/Word at a basic level, and navigate software
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory (spoken)
• Age: 18 years and above
• Freshers are welcome — no prior experience required
• Candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience will be preferred
