Tele Sales Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to business owners, startups, and potential clients.

Explain company services including SEO, Digital Marketing, SMM, and Web Designing.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Convert inquiries into qualified business opportunities.

Handle client queries professionally and build strong relationships.

Follow up regularly with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Lead Generation Responsibilities

Generate quality leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, and online research.

Identify decision-makers and maintain a database of prospects.

Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.

Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups.

Maintain accurate data in CRM or Excel sheets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, and Website Services.

Confident in cold calling and lead conversion.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
