Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive – Customer Reminder Calls (Work From Home)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time | WFH
We are looking for someone who can:
- Call existing customers to remind them that their water filter cartridge is due for replacement
- Explain the product simply and help them place a repeat order
- Follow up politely if the customer doesn't respond the first time
- Maintain a basic record of calls made and orders confirmed
You are a good fit if:
- You are comfortable making 40–60 calls a day
- You can speak clearly in Hindi and/or English
- You have a smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection
- You have some experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (even 6 months is fine)
