Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Create detailed and accurate exterior 3D models from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, and reference images.

Model:

• Building exteriors
• Facades
• Landscape elements
• Hardscape details
• Urban surroundings

Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max with clean and optimized modeling workflow.

Good understanding of:

• Architectural drawings
• Construction details
• Real-world scale and proportions

Ability to interpret:

• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Site plans

Maintain:

• Clean topology
• Organized scene structure
• Efficient layer management
• Optimize models for rendering workflows and coordinate with rendering/post-production teams.
• Strong attention to architectural detailing, materials, and exterior aesthetics.
• Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Knowledge of modeling optimization and scene management for large architectural projects.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
