Job Description

Job Responsibilities


- Perform daily data entry and maintain records in Tally.

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.

- Respond to online enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.

- Assist customers by providing product information and coordinating with the sales team.

- Prepare quotations, maintain order records, and update customer data.

- Perform basic office administration and documentation.


Requirements


- Good knowledge of Tally and computer operations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

- Strong communication and customer handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries professionally.

- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.


Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.)


Job Type: Full-time 10 To 6


Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
