Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations across our group companies. You'll own the books, keep compliance tight, and give the leadership team clean numbers to make decisions on.

• ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations across entities
• Handle GST, TDS, advance tax, and ROC filings on time, every time
• Manage accounts receivable, including following up on overdue invoices and tracking client payment commitments
• Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax assessments
• Manage foreign remittances, FIRC, and 15CA/CB compliance for international clients across 62 countries
• Support payroll processing and PF/ESI/PT compliance for a 30+ person team
• RequirementsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Solid grip on Indian taxation: GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Experience handling export invoicing, LUT, and forex transactions
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, reconciliations, and chasing details until they balance
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Nice to HaveExposure to SaaS or IT services accounting
• Experience working with multiple group entities
• Familiarity with Singapore or international compliance basics
