Job Title: Finance Coordinator / Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Leadership Team

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and accountable Finance Coordinator / Accountant to manage the end-to-end finance function. This role requires strong ownership of accounting operations, compliance, and financial planning, along with the ability to support administrative and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete accounting lifecycle including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, ROC compliance, and all statutory filings end-to-end
• Handle payroll processing, PF/ESI compliance, and maintain employee financial records
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
• Drive invoicing, receivables, payables, and working capital management
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and support audits and inventory accounting
• Oversee administrative operations, documentation, and project coordination
• Coordinate IT systems, accounting software, and office infrastructure

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Good understanding of compliance and statutory requirements
• Ability to work closely with leadership and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial reporting and MIS dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
