About the profile –Marut Air Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate proficiency in various financial tasks essential to the company's operations.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Accurately record and manage financial transactions using Tally and spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records in the Tally database.
• Handle invoicing and billing processes for services and goods in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate, verify, and process client invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as per GST regulations and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding payments, and follow up with clients for timely collections.
• Reconcile billing records, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy.

Requirements –

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, and billing functions.
• Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and experience in GST payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
