Client Relationship Executive

We are Team of Professional Destination Wedding Photographers . We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage the complete client journey — from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role is central to ensuring a seamless, premium experience for our clients while coordinating closely with our creative and post-production teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for all clients 

- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings professionally 

- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project 

- Build strong relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction 

2. Pre-Shoot Planning & Coordination

- Understand client requirements, preferences, and event details 

- Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, timelines, and logistics 

- Communicate all necessary details to the photography team 

- Ensure all pre-production requirements are in place before the shoot 

3. Shoot Coordination

- Oversee smooth execution of shoots by coordinating between clients and the team 

- Ensure timelines are followed and key moments are captured as planned 

4. Post-Production Management

- Coordinate with editors and post-production team 

- Track progress of photo and video editing 

- Ensure timely delivery as per committed deadlines 

- Maintain quality control before final delivery 

5. Delivery & After-Service

- Manage final delivery of photos, videos, and albums 

- Handle client feedback, revisions, and requests 

- Ensure a smooth and satisfying closing experience

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

- Experience in client servicing, project coordination, or similar roles 

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 

- Basic understanding of photography/video workflows is a plus
