Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager / Medical Representative responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products and generating prescription-based business. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and medical stores to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical stores on a regular basis

* Promote company products and generate prescriptions & sales

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors

* Ensure availability of products at retail pharmacies and distributors

* Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory

* Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and promotional activities

* Submit daily call reports and market feedback to management

* Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies

Qualifications:

* Master Or Bachelor’s degree (MBA / B.Sc / Any Graduate)

* Minimum 1–3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
