Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Labour & Contractor Procurement: Source and onboard reliable labour contractors, manpower agencies, and subcontractors for construction projects.
  • Procure skilled labor, including masons, bar benders, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders, painters, and general laborers.
  • Ensure the timely deployment of labor in accordance with project schedules and site requirements.
  • Maintain backup labor sources for urgent and high-volume manpower requirements.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with labor suppliers and contractor agencies.
  • Negotiate labor rates, vendor contracts, payment terms, and service conditions.
  • Evaluate contractor performance based on manpower quality, attendance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular market surveys for labor cost benchmarking.
