Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern position located in Nava Naroda. The intern will support the HR department with tasks such as recruitment coordination, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, and organizing employee engagement initiatives. The role involves maintaining employee records, addressing HR-related queries, and supporting the administration of employee benefits programs. The intern will also assist in ensuring compliance with company HR standards and policies.


Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) processes and functions
  • Knowledge or experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and HR-related software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
