Payroll Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees
• Calculate salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure accuracy in attendance, leaves, and shift data

2. Attendance & Leave Management

• Coordinate with departments to collect attendance data
• Maintain records of leaves, holidays, and absences
• Update payroll system accordingly

3. Statutory Compliance

• Handle compliance related to:
• PF (Provident Fund)
• ESIC
• Professional Tax (PT)
• TDS (Income Tax)
• Ensure timely filing of returns and payments

4. Salary Disbursement

• Generate salary sheets and bank transfer files
• Coordinate with bank for salary processing
• Ensure employees are paid on time without errors

5. Payslip & Documentation

• Generate and distribute salary slips
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary structure
• Handle salary-related documentation

6. Full & Final Settlement (F&F)

• Process F&F for resigned/terminated employees
• Calculate dues like leave encashment, gratuity, etc.

7. Employee Queries

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, PF, tax, etc.
• Provide clarification on deductions and payslips

8. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare payroll reports for management
• Maintain monthly and annual payroll data
• Assist in audits related to payroll
