Locations: Nikol & Ambli Bopal

Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and manage residential and commercial projects across Nikol and Ambli Bopal. The role involves concept development, detailed design, coordination with consultants, and ensuring projects meet regulatory and quality standards.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals
  • Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documents
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations and authority approvals
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for project execution
  • Conduct site visits to Nikol and Ambli Bopal to monitor progress and resolve design issues
  • Review materials, finishes, and construction quality
  • Prepare presentations, 3D views, and client design proposals
  • Manage revisions and ensure timely project deliver
