Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support daily operations, manage documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and supervise back office operations and support team activities
- Handle client coordination through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain and organize all documentation, records, and files systematically
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases with updated information
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Track and update client requirements, status, and pending work
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently
- Support management with any additional tasks or process improvements
