Job Description
We are looking for a multitasking and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who has strong knowledge of accounting and administrative operations. The candidate must be proficient in Tally and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back office operations
- Handle basic accounting tasks using Tally
- Check and respond to emails regularly
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams via calls
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Assist in billing, data entry, and financial documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Prior experience in accounts and back office work preferred
