Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Cum Marketing Executive to join our team at Hytron Metals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations while also contributing to marketing efforts that promote our company’s products and services. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and administrative skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Back Office Duties:Manage and organize office documents, records, and files to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to support back-office operations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and other administrative records.
- Handle inventory management and report on stock levels regularly.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Marketing Responsibilities:Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote Hytron Metals' products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Coordinate with the design team for promotional material, including brochures, emails, and advertisements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and events for promotional activities.
- Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in back-office management and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.
