Job Description

Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills for clients

Measure quantities from drawings and site (BOQ verification)

Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurements

Prepare and check subcontractor bills

Maintain billing records and documentation

Handle variation orders / extra items billing

Ensure billing as per contract terms and conditions

Track project costs and assist in cost control

Reconcile quantities with clients and consultants

Follow up for payment certification and approvals
