As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with clients to provide advisory services that drive organizational transformation through business agility and technology innovation. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering strategies that enable organizations to adapt swiftly and maintain a competitive edge. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that clients can navigate complex business landscapes effectively and achieve sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business agility initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support the development and implementation of transformation roadmaps tailored to client requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of business agility principles and organizational transformation frameworks.
- Experience in advising clients on technology innovation to improve business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and change.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
