Business Development Executive

Position:- Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department:- Business Development / Sales

Reporting To:- Business Development Manager 

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking

·        Identify potential clients and business opportunities

·        Explain company products/services to clients professionally

·        Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

·        Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

·        Prepare reports on sales activities and lead status

·        Achieve monthly sales and business targets

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis

·        Maintain CRM and customer database records

Required Skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong negotiation and convincing ability

·        Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

·        Confidence in client handling and follow-ups

·        Ability to work independently and in a team

·        MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM knowledge preferred

Qualification:-

Any Degree

Experience:-

0–6 Months of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
