Job Description
Field Sales & Market Development
Visit retailers, wholesalers, toy shops, schools, etc.
Develop new dealers & distributors
Expand company presence in Ahmedabad & nearby markets
Conduct product pitching & demonstrations
Business Development
Identify new opportunities in local market
Generate self-leads (not dependent only on company data)
Increase repeat business from existing clients
Handle bulk order negotiations Revenue & Target Management
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Work on margin-based selling
Ensure timely payment collection
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with dealers & distributors
Handle complaints & ensure customer satisfactionReporting:
Daily visit reports
Weekly sales updates
Market feedback to management
Required Skills:
