Business Development Executive (BDE) ( Female)

Job Description:

Inddig Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by providing qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Google research, cold calling, and messaging
• Identify and connect with potential clients via various digital platforms
• Maintain and update lead databases regularly
• Qualify leads and pass them to Field Sales Executives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in developing strategies to increase lead generation

Requirements:

• Any graduate (freshers can apply)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to engage clients confidently over calls and messages
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with online research tools
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
