Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to create engaging, informative, and high-quality content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to produce content that aligns with the company's branding and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Research industry-related topics to create original and engaging content.

Write blogs, website content, articles, product descriptions, social media captions, email content, and marketing materials.

Develop SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Proofread and edit content before publication.

Ensure all content follows the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.

Coordinate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Design teams for content requirements.

Create content calendars and meet publishing deadlines.

Update existing website and marketing content as required.

Write recruitment advertisements, job descriptions, company profiles, and internal communication content.

Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience engagement.

Stay updated with content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and industry developments.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Ability to conduct online research and fact-check information.

Time management and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Literature, or any relevant field.

Relevant certification in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or SEO is preferred.

Experience

2 Years to 5 Years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
