Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and implement CSR projects in line with the company's CSR policy and objectives.
- Conduct field visits and monitor the progress of CSR initiatives.
- Liaise with local communities, NGOs, government authorities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, and activity reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR reports and presentations.
- Coordinate CSR events, awareness campaigns, workshops, and community engagement programs.
- Track project budgets and ensure proper utilization of CSR funds.
- Collect project data, photographs, success stories, and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support management in identifying new CSR opportunities and partnerships.
