Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations & Accounts Executive to manage HR operations, employee documentation, payroll support, statutory compliance coordination, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and knowledge of HR processes and basic accounting.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsManage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Support payroll processing and salary documentation.
  • Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
  • Maintain MIS reports and HR records.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for HR operational activities.
  • AccountsRecord day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountants for financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Accounts, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Familiarity with PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
