Job Description
Customer Assistance
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting Tommy Hilfiger products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, sizes, and promotions.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer queries promptly.
Sales Support
- Drive sales by recommending products and upselling where appropriate.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Cashiering & Transactions
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for Tommy Hilfiger products.
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are organized and attractive.
Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Operational Duties
- Keep updated with product knowledge and ongoing offers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
