Job Title: Customer Care Executive – E-commerce

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage end-to-end customer interactions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be patient and empathetic, and be able to resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a great brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Make outbound calls to customers when required for issue resolution or follow-ups
• Receive inbound calls and provide accurate information and solutions
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a positive tone
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to resolve queries effectively
• Follow up on open issues until closure and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions
• Manage and prioritize multiple conversations across channels simultaneously
• Ensure all responses are aligned with brand voice and customer experience standards

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
• Prior experience in customer support (preferably in an e-commerce brand) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of queries
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and social media platforms
