About the Role

Repair-It is looking for energetic and customer-focused Delivery Associates who can efficiently manage vehicle pickup and delivery while also supporting the expansion of our garage partner network. This role combines field operations with business development, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

* Pick up customer vehicles from the designated location.

* Deliver serviced vehicles safely and on time.

* Coordinate with customers and garage partners regarding pickup and delivery schedules.

* Ensure proper vehicle handover and collect necessary acknowledgements.

* Update delivery and job status through the Repair-It app.

Garage Onboarding

* Visit potential garage partners in the assigned territory.

* Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Repair-It Partner App.

* Explain the onboarding process and answer partner queries.

* Collect KYC documents and verify the required information.

* Complete the onboarding process for new garage partners.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with garage owners.

* Follow up with interested garages to ensure successful activation.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

* Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licence.

* Comfortable driving both cars and motorcycles.

* Good knowledge of local routes and surrounding areas.

* Basic smartphone skills and ability to use mobile applications.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-focused, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in delivery, logistics, field sales, or customer service is an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple field tasks.

* Problem-solving attitude with good time management skills.

Working Hours

* As per company operations and assigned shifts.

* Week-off as per company policy.
